Coaching cues
- Lie supine; heels in TRX cradles; arms on the floor at the sides
- Drive the hips up — glute bridge with suspended feet
- Squeeze the glutes hard at the top; hold 1 to 2 seconds
- Lower under control; the suspension adds lateral instability to the standard bridge
