Coaching cues

• Seat adjusted so handles start at mid-chest; back flat against the pad
• Press to full lockout; pause briefly; lower to a full chest stretch
• Scapulae retracted and depressed against the pad throughout
• Machine path allows isolation without stabilizer fatigue
